Bill Durham

PRESIDENT AND CEO

With nearly four decades of surveying experience, Bill brings both military precision and business leadership to Level Cross Surveying. A Umatilla, Florida native, he graduated from Umatilla High School in 1981 and earned his degree from the University of Florida in 1985, all while serving in the U.S. Army (1980–1985). As a U.S. Geodetic Surveyor, he trained at the U.S. Army Topographic Survey School in Ft. Belvoir, VA, and was later stationed across Europe before receiving an honorable discharge.

After the military, he launched Coral Springs Surveying in South Florida (1985–1989), then moved to North Carolina where he served as a highway surveyor for the NCDOT (1989–1992). He spent 18 years with Philip Post & Associates, serving as Vice President and managing the Greensboro office. In 2010, he purchased Level Cross Surveying, where he continues to lead as President/Owner.
